Refund policy

As an online retailer, we do not have space for unwanted inventory, as I work out of my home office.

Returns will NOT be accepted.

Please be sure to check size charts, measurements and details about items prior to purchasing. However, if you receive an item damaged, stained, or with any other manufacturers flaws, I will be happy to offer a replacement or store credit, you just notify me within 7 days of delivery to be eligible.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed with any original tags.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customized items, worn items, and swimwear. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
If an item you order is out of stock, and you choose to be refunded, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
